Return & Refund Policy

Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to eligible purchases and fees charged by Mench.ai through our websites, dashboards, hosted products, payment links, invoices, applications, and related services, including products offered under the Mench.ai and MenchList brands.

If a separate written agreement, order form, statement of work, marketplace rule, promotion, or product-specific term contains a different refund provision, that specific provision controls for that transaction to the extent of the conflict.

1. Subscription Payments

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually and may automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.

• Initial subscription charge. If you cancel a subscription within ten (10) days of the initial charge and have not used the service, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our sole discretion.
• After the initial refund window. Subscription fees are non-refundable after the ten-day window, including for partial billing periods, unused time, unused interactions, unused features, or failure to use the service.
• Renewals. Renewed subscription charges are generally non-refundable once processed unless the charge was made in error or applicable law requires otherwise.
• Cancellation. You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time through your account dashboard, where available, or by contacting us at info@mench.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already charged.

2. Services Rendered

We may charge separately for one-time services, custom work, implementation, configuration, integration, consulting, creative services, setup, training, on-site work, or other professional services.

• No refunds for services already provided. Fees for services that have already been delivered or substantially performed are non-refundable.
• Work that has begun. By authorizing a service engagement, you acknowledge that once work begins, fees attributable to work already performed, committed resources, third-party expenses, or completed deliverables are non-refundable.
• Undelivered work. If we agree in writing to cancel work before delivery, any refund or credit for the unperformed portion will be determined based on the applicable order, statement of work, actual work completed, non-cancellable expenses, and applicable law.

3. Billing Errors, Duplicate Charges & Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a charge was duplicated, processed for the wrong amount, charged after a properly completed cancellation, or otherwise made in error, contact us promptly at info@mench.ai.

Please include enough information for us to identify the transaction, such as the account email, invoice or receipt number, transaction date, amount charged, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send complete payment-card numbers or security codes by email.

If we determine that a billing error occurred, we may correct the transaction through a refund, partial refund, credit, or other appropriate adjustment.

4. Approved Refunds

When Mench.ai approves a refund, we generally submit the refund to the original payment method used for the transaction unless another method is required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Refunds may be full or partial depending on the circumstances and the portion of the product or service that has already been delivered or used.

After we submit an approved refund, the time required for the credit to appear is controlled by the payment processor, card network, issuing bank, financial institution, or wallet provider. Mench.ai does not control those external processing times.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error or you are dissatisfied with a billing outcome, please contact us at info@mench.ai before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to reviewing disputes promptly and fairly.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law or the rules of your payment-card issuer or payment provider.

Submitting a chargeback does not itself cancel an active subscription. If you no longer want a recurring service, you should also cancel the subscription through your account or contact us.

6. Cancellation of Recurring Services

You may cancel an eligible recurring Mench.ai or MenchList subscription at any time before the next renewal. Unless otherwise stated in a product-specific agreement, cancellation becomes effective for future billing and access may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period.

To avoid the next renewal charge, submit your cancellation before the applicable renewal is processed. We recommend retaining your cancellation confirmation for your records.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. The policy applicable to a transaction is generally the version in effect when the relevant transaction or renewal occurred, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
