Bulk input and data structure

CSV creation accepts fields including title, qr_type, target_url, use_case, description, ec_level, margin, ppm, is_dynamic_qr and dynamic_destination_url. Supported color and type-specific fields are available in the dashboard template.

Optional updates can match QR ID, short code or title. Duplicate titles deserve particular care. This page does not promise spreadsheet-file import, transactional bulk rollback or a public automation API.

What makes the AI destination operational?

The linked assistant draws on approved knowledge and exposes configured actions. An IntelPop can provide text/voice conversation, media, contact and booking tasks, or enabled live video and social-room experiences. Those capabilities and their usage are governed by the assistant’s own configuration and plan.

A QR does not independently authorize a transaction, unlock a private assistant or guarantee access to a microphone/camera. Browser permissions and destination authentication still apply.

Document access and data handling

PIN/password controls protect entry through the managed QR route. They do not stop someone using a separately known public file URL, copying a downloaded file or taking a screenshot. Use an authenticated destination for sensitive documents and apply your organization’s consent and retention requirements.

Measurement scope and attribution

Managed scans and short-link visits are reported through the redirect service. AI scan analysis, form analysis and assistant interaction analysis use their corresponding recorded datasets. Cross-device identity and a joined scan-to-sale funnel are not implied.

Pricing, metering and procurement

The plan cards below load active QR Code Buddy packages from the Mench catalog. Billing prices, package marketing metadata and configured usage meters are read separately. An annual payment does not automatically turn a monthly scan allowance into an annual pool.

AI assistant usage, messaging and external destination services may have separate subscriptions or allowances. For a Marketplace purchase, review the actual offer, plan and metered dimensions before accepting it; a direct website plan is not a Marketplace order.

Do I need AI for every QR?

No. Create a direct QR or dynamic link for a normal website, document, menu or other destination. Add an IntelPop or AI Buddy when a conversation or task-enabled experience is useful.

What makes this an AI QR platform?

Two layers: QR distribution can launch an interactive assistant for the audience, and AI analysis can help your team understand recorded QR and form activity. The linked assistant adds its own recorded interaction insights.

Can I create a batch instead of one code at a time?

Yes. Bulk CSV upload creates multiple records and can update matching records when enabled. Use the dashboard template, inspect the result counts and resolve row errors before printing.

Can a QR collect information before opening a destination?

Yes. Attach a form to a dynamic QR/short link, configure its fields, and choose what happens after submission. Access protection can be applied before the form.

Can I change a QR after it is printed?

A dynamic code points to a managed short link, whose destination and supported settings can be changed. A static code embeds its payload directly and must be regenerated when that payload changes.

Does a QR scan continue the exact same chat on another device?

It opens the same IntelPop or AI Buddy destination. Continuity of a particular conversation depends on that destination’s identity and session handling; scanning alone does not transfer a live chat.

Does password protection make a public PDF private?

No. It protects the managed QR entry route, not an independently accessible public PDF URL. Use authenticated file hosting where access to the document itself must be restricted.

What should I test before a large rollout?

Scan the final PNG/SVG at its printed size and contrast. Test the dynamic route, forms, access rules, expiration, assistant knowledge/actions and reporting with the intended audience and devices. Confirm your active subscriptions and allowances.
